Saying goodbye to high school Clarksville, TN || Kara

I first met Kara at my booth during an event at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center in Clarksville, TN and was so excited when she approached me about senior photos! Senior photo sessions are one of my absolute favorite types of sessions to plan. It gives seniors the opportunity to show who they are, while documenting the moment where they are leaving high school behind and heading into college. These are moments you can’t get back. I still remember my senior photos like it was yesterday, we just won’t mention how long it’s actually been!

Kara was such a joy to be around. She’s got a warm, kind personality and a huge infectious smile. After meeting with Kara, and back and forth emails, we decided we would do her session in two parts. We started the afternoon at the Montgomery County Shooting Complex, where Kara was a frequent visitor. Kara shoots competition for Southern Shooting Sports and was completely in her element while we walked around the complex. It’s important to me that we capture what matters most to my seniors, and that was just what we did. You can see from the photos below just how comfortable Kara was! After a quick outfit change, we headed to a wooded portion of the complex to get a few formal shots of Kara. This is were her beautiful smile really shown. After that, we headed off to meet a good friend of Kara’s for a joint senior session at a beautiful farm nearby. Make sure you check out those awesome, traveling senior photos here!
